It will be a very busy week next week. Here is what is happening:

Monday Dec. 18th- Field trip to Mackenzie House : 2 TTC tickets, snack and lunch

Tuesday Dec. 19th: 8 FIA: Drama presentations  8 FIB: Geography Inquiry Project Presentations begin

Wednesday Dec. 20th: 8 FI A: Geography Inquiry Project Presentations begin. 8FIA & FI B: Personal reflections due.

Thursday Dec. 21st: Presentations continue and will finish. Cosburn`s Got Talent!

Friday Dec. 22nd: AM: Grade 8 Competition 9:20-50

Update

Homework for Monday:
Students are to complete the passe compose package they received on Wednesday.

Also students are to analyse a scene(s) from La Cantatrice Chauve using the characteristics of a play given to them at the beginning of the week.

They are to use the characteristics to explain the play (e.g. how do the stage directions/ narrations) explain a character.

Also- Why is the scene (scenes) important to the play as a whole?


Extra time after school to work on inquiry:
